These Standard Terms and Conditions provide the basis for a good working relationship between Business & Brews,LLC. b(“b& ”), a State of Washington limited liability company and you (the “Client”). The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all artwork, graphic design, video creation & web services provided by (“b&b”) GOODS & SERVICES TERMS OF USE. The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all products and services provided by (“b&b”) All work is performed and carried out by (“b&b”) understanding that the client has agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Once a Client signs and accepts the Quote provided for any (“b&b”) purchase or service, it is mutually understood that these Terms and Conditions are accepted in its entirety. The (“b&b”) Terms & Conditions listed here supersede any verbal or written communications elsewhere. Charges for design services to be provided by b&b will be set out in the Quote that is provided to the customer. At the time of the customer’s signed acceptance of the Quote, the quoted fee will become immediately due & paid. Clients have 7-14 business days from the date the Quote was signed to provide (“b&b”) any additional artistic directions, materials, content and/or images they’d like within their Project. If no communications have been made, work on the Client's 1st draft of their Digital Artwork will commence with the materials readily available to (“b2b”). Refunds will not be given once the 1st draft of the Digital Artwork has been assigned & sent to the designer or graphic artist and will be sent to the email on file for review within 7-14 business days (“b&b”) will make any design alterations or revisions as requested by the client to their satisfaction. We do not charge for revisions, nor do we watermark the artwork! The artwork we create is yours to keep for your social media, website, or other promotional opportunities!  Please note that once the artwork is in process the cost of doing business is non refundable and cannot be canceled.  Services are considered delivered and non refundable upon approval for any reason upon approval of custom artwork or receipt of customer provided artwork.  Upon approval you will be charged a non refundable upload fee in the amount of $89.00.  Services going forward include quarterly revisions, ad copy and management.  All services are considered delivered and are non refundable upon approval of custom artwork with no exceptions ***All balances are due within 30 days or when artwork has been approved, whichever comes first unless otherwise stated below.

All costs are annual. Annual Subscription Rate for Digital Marketing and upload is non refundable, non cancellable, and can not be waived. All questions email to graphics@breweryreservations.net
